CRNA - Full-Time

About the role

This position is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) responsible for delivering anesthesia in a high-quality, patient-centered hospital setting. The role involves collaborating with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and medical professionals to provide safe anesthesia care across various departments, including operating rooms, outpatient centers, endoscopy labs, cath labs, interventional radiology, and MRI services.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ongoing professional development
• Provide direct patient care and document procedures
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding anesthesia services
• Complete pre-anesthesia assessments, review lab results, and initiate induction
• Support a culture of confidence and teamwork, collaborating with physicians and staff

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of experience; no supervisor experience required
• Active RN and CRNA certification
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Nursing

Pay

• Competitive salary starting at $243,500 for new grads, with additional pay for call and overtime
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000 and advanced sign-on options for students

Schedule

• Work from home during call with a balanced schedule, including guaranteed post-call days off and minimal overnight call
