CRNA, FT, Day/Evening - Fredericksburg, VA

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments, including medical history review and medication evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized anesthetic plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Administer a full range of anesthetic techniques, including general, regional, and sedation
• Perform advanced regional anesthesia techniques such as epidurals and nerve blocks
• Maintain vigilance over patients’ vital signs and adjust anesthetic care to ensure safety
• Provide thorough postoperative care, including pain management and smooth transitions to recovery teams
• Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and perioperative teams for seamless patient care

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in nurse anesthesia from an accredited program
• Current CRNA certification through the NBCRNA
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Active RN and APRN licensure in Virginia (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in anesthesia delivery and perioperative care strongly preferred
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

$251,014 – $331,386 annually
