Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks, is expanding its team of advanced practice providers in Worland, Wyoming. Banner Health is recognized for its leadership and dedication to the communities we serve. Excellent opportunity for a dynamic CRNA to join our highly trained surgical team providing Orthopedic, General Surgery, Endoscopy and OB. The practice follows a CRNA-only model with three CRNAs on staff. Worland, WY is a rural community of 5,250 located in north central Wyoming on the western slopes of the Big Horn Mountains, near highways to Yellowstone and the Black Hills. The area offers outdoor recreation including Nordic and downhill skiing, biking, rock climbing, hunting, fishing, camping, horseback riding, city parks, an 18‑hole golf course and country club, a health club, no state income tax, moderate cost of living, and youth and adult sports and activities at the Worland Community Center.
Responsibilities
- Perform general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services
- Administer ultrasound‑guided blocks
- Administer epidurals

Pay
Base salary: $281,144 – $306,637 annually (commensurate with experience)
Recruitment incentives: $70,000 including sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance
Schedule
Full‑time schedule: 2 weeks on, 1 week off
