CRNA- Clinton- $30K Commencement Bonus

Position Purpose

CRNA shall directly provide all professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise and manage anesthesiology services for the benefit of individual Hospital patients, as may be required to meet Hospital’s requirements for such services in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

• General anesthesia, including general surgical anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia;
• Intravenous sedation;
• Intravenous regional anesthesia;
• Regional blocks;
• Conductive anesthesia, as required by Hospital’s patients (including inpatients, surgical outpatients and those receiving emergency care.)
• Provide pre-evaluation anesthesia services in accordance with guidelines approved by both Group and Hospital.
• Provide post-surgical monitoring for complications related to the administration of anesthesia;
• Respond promptly to those codes to which an anesthesia provider is specifically paged, as practitioner availability permits.
• Clinical Services provided by CRNA shall be performed in accordance with currently approved and generally accepted medical standards, as may be changed from time to time.
• Works collaboratively with members of the OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Maintain professional licensure of CRNA.
• Preferred experience with minimum of five years as CRNA.
• Must be BLS certified within 3 months of hire.
• Must be ACLS, PALS and NRP certified within one year of hire.
• Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity, and caring with the ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission and vision, goals, and values of Trinity Health.
