About the Role

Provides anesthesia services under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for a variety of surgical procedures and diagnostic tests in a busy healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Administers anesthesia and participates in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
• Works collaboratively with a team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensures patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Performs duties with flexibility, handles emergency situations effectively, and maintains a patient-centered approach.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Alabama Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
