CRNA - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Flexi (Weekdays or Weekends)

About the role

Provide anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist for a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures, including cardio-thoracic surgeries and cardiac catheterizations. Participate in clinical instruction of nurse anesthesia students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate anesthesia care across diverse clinical specialties in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage cases involving cancer, transplantation, trauma, and other complex conditions.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Certified as a CRNA by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills in anesthesia delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience in clinical education and instruction of nurse anesthesia students.
