About the role
Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA). Provide anesthesia care in a community-oriented setting with a physician-lead team. Work with a wide range of cases including general, ENT, orthopedic, neurosurgery, cardiovascular, obstetric, ancillary, outpatient, and limited cardiac procedures. Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care under the supervision of a physician
- Treat a diverse array of surgical cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Teach medical students, residents, fellows, and clinical staff
- Engage in outreach services as needed
Requirements
- Completed an accredited CRNA or CAA program
- Eligible to obtain licenses in the multi-state region without restrictions
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and weekdays
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Current licensure as a CRNA or CAA in the applicable states
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred

Pay
- Base salary plus call pay
Schedule
- Annual hours required for 1.0 FTE: 1664 hours per year
- Call schedule: Every 10th weekend and weekday call consisting of 12 shifts per 20 weeks, a mix of in-house and remote coverage
