Qualifications

• Active state license
• DEA | State CDS
• Board certification required
• ACLS | BLS | PALS

• State-of-the-art ASC
• 5 ORs
• 4,732 annual cases
• Established, collegial ACT with 1 MD and 6 CRNAs
• Full complement of clinical services (e.g., Gastro, ENT, Ortho, Eye, Pain, Plastics, ENT, and Dental)
