CRM Developer (Microsoft D365 CE)
Founded in the early 2000s, we are a 600+ employee manufacturer of large format graphics, exhibit systems, display hardware, and event/retail visual communications with multiple US locations. We support a wide range of customers including exhibit houses, event production companies, retail brands, marketing agencies, and trade show partners across industries such as marketing, events, retail, and corporate branding.
About the role
As a CRM Developer, you will play a hands-on, techno-functional role in managing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM. You will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) to design workflows, build applications, and deliver actionable business intelligence. This role requires full lifecycle CRM implementation experience and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead enhancements, automations, and new functionality in D365 CE and integrated Microsoft apps (solution design and customization)
- Manage security roles, user permissions, workflows, and system updates (system administration)
- Build and modify model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate flows (Power Platform development)
- Connect D365 CE with ERP and third-party software using REST APIs, Azure functions, and iPaaS tools (integration management)
- Design and generate reports using Power BI to support better decision-making (reporting and analytics)
Requirements
- 5+ years as an application lead and developer for Microsoft D365 CRM/CE
- Demonstrated end-to-end CRM implementation experience (full lifecycle implementation)
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI reporting (Power Platform expertise)
- Experience with Celigo, Jitterbit, Mulesoft, or Boomi (integration tools, a plus)
- Proficiency in MS SQL and reporting/automation tools (database and reporting)

Pay
$100,000 - $115,000 annually, plus potential bonus
