PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create spreadsheets, reports, sequences, and dashboard visuals to track important customer information and orders. Run daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in CRMs and assist other team members as required.
- Utilize Tools (Burbio/grants/state initiatives) to project sales opportunities and resources for funding opportunities.
- Design data systems (daily, weekly, and monthly reports) to track longitudinal and predict future trends.
- Generate comparison data between identified time periods.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Associate’s degree, or equivalent college courses, preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.
- Experience with report configurations in Excel (pivot tables and visuals).
- Experience in writing technical code.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in an open suite, highly collaborative environment.
- Fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and technical skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and keep up with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to work closely with the Chief/Manager in order to take initiative and work independently.
- High accountability for performance; receives and applies performance feedback.
- Experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, and HubSpot preferred.
- Able to work individually and independently, and as a team member.
- Able to remain engaged in and on task at work despite interruptions.
- Show initiative, avoid confusion, and maintain prompt attention and management of email communication and associated actions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to use a computer or phone for up to 8 hours per day with breaks and lunch.
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Must be able to show proof of COVID-19 primary vaccinations or submit a medical or religious exemption.
- Must be able to work in an open-suite environment at an assigned location, in the office, 40 hours a week.
WORK HOURS
8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. Monday – Friday in the Turners Falls, Massachusetts office. Rare, but occasional weekend work may be required to support projects or events.
