The Role

The CRM Administrator will support and optimize the systems, data, and workflows that power Flowcode's go-to-market teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career interested in operations, analytics, and scaling revenue for SaaS companies.

This position involves owning HubSpot data hygiene, supporting Sales and Customer Success teams, administering HubSpot at the platform level, and building and maintaining automations, workflows, and sequences.

What You’ll Do

  • You own the day-to-day HubSpot management, including data hygiene, pipeline tracking, and workflow maintenance
  • Support Sales and Customer Success teams by ensuring accurate data, proper usage of CRM, and streamlined processes
  • Administer HubSpot at the platform level - user provisioning, permissions, seat management, integrations, and system health
  • Own data governance - lifecycle stages, lead status, contact properties, naming conventions, and folder structures across all teams
  • Build and maintain automations, workflows, and sequences for sales and customer success
  • Train and onboard new GTM members to HubSpot efficiently and effectively
  • Serve as the escalation point for HubSpot issues across Marketing, GTM, Support, and IT
  • Help improve and optimize GTM workflows within HubSpot (automation, properties, reporting)
  • Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards in HubSpot (and Looker is a plus)
  • Assist with pulling and analyzing data related to customer growth, retention, and pipeline performance
  • Support the creation of charts, visuals, and data-backed materials used in sales and renewal conversations
  • Possess strong communication skills and be able to work across teams
  • Be highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in HubSpot Administration
  • Hands-on experience working with HubSpot, including managing data, maintaining hygiene, and supporting team usage
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in working with data and systems
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Familiarity with SQL or willingness to learn
  • Interest in analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
