About the Role

Join us as a board-certified or residency-trained Criticalist at VCA Capital Area Veterinary Emergency and Specialty. You’ll be well supported by world-class medicine, technology, facilities, and a talented team, empowering you to do your best work.

Facilities & Resources

  • 24-hour emergency/specialty hospital
  • Specialties include Internal Medicine, Surgery, Neurology, and Ophthalmology
  • 14,000 square foot facility fully equipped with:
    • Continuous ECG monitoring
    • Full laboratory
    • Critical care ventilator
    • Ultrasound, CT, MRI
    • Full endoscopic capabilities
    • Laparoscopy
    • Digital radiography
  • Access to a network of specialists within VCA

Location

Located in Concord, NH—the capital of New Hampshire and a growing cultural hub. Concord offers art, great food, and history, with easy access to Boston (1 hour) and Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (30 minutes).

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state, or ability to obtain
  • Commitment to practicing the highest standard of medicine and upholding the veterinary code of ethics
