Responsibilities

• Provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events.

Requirements

• Independently licensed in the State of Alaska (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
• Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
• Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
• Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or provide proof of approved CIR training.

• Comprehensive crisis response trainings.
• Flexible schedule, work on case-by-case basis.
• Personalized support.
