Critical Care Tech
About the role
The primary focus of a Critical Care Tech at St. Anthony Hospital is to perform direct and indirect patient care in collaboration with an RN or Physician. Responsibilities include facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the team to meet the physical and emotional needs of the patient. Duties also include placing orders, receiving and stocking supplies for the department/unit, and assisting support staff with filing, medical records, and daily tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- One year healthcare experience (pre-hospital, ED and/or patient care) preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Basic computer skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current Colorado Emergency Medical Technician-Basic or A-EMT or EMT-Intermediate or Paramedic license required
- IV certification required upon hire
Physical Requirements
Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado.
