Critical Care RN – Home Health (NYC)

About the role

BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
• Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
• Precept and mentor new nurses
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
• Educate and support families and caregivers
• Represent BAYADA with professionalism, compassion, and clinical excellence

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
• Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients
• Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx

Pay

• $50/hour

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time (minimum two consistent scheduled shifts/week)
• 12-hour day and night shifts available
• 2 weekend shifts/month required
