Role: Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Critical Care Unit, providing high-quality, patient-centered care to moderately to critically ill adults. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor complex conditions.Manage IV infusions and cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient status.Utilize evidence-based protocols to guide clinical decisions.Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Educate patients and their families about care plans and health management.Document all care activities accurately in the advanced Electronic Health Record (EHR).
