About the Role

Lead and oversee nursing staff in ICU and PCU units, ensuring quality patient care and staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to nursing staff.
  • Assist with competency verification, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assess and ensure quality of services, support quality initiatives, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Serve as a resource for staff, departments, and external contacts.
  • Handle issue resolution and participate in policy development.

Key Duties

  • Promote staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements

  • Current RN license and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
  • Required certifications: BLS, ACLS.
  • Previous nursing experience in critical care settings.
