Responsibilities
- Provide and coordinate patient care in critical settings, including assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administer medications and perform wound care
- Monitor vital signs and manage respiratory and ventilator care
- Document patient care and educate patients and families
- Plan and coordinate patient discharge
- Act as the primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines to ensure seamless patient care
- Communicate patient conditions effectively using electronic systems
Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ICU
- Specialty certification and prior ICU experience are advantageous
Skills
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Proficient clinical assessment skills
- Experience with patient monitoring and documentation systems
