Critical Care Intensivist Medical Director
Job Summary
ICCH (Intensive Care Consortium) is seeking an Intensivist Medical Director to lead the ICU team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Qualified candidates should have leadership experience and board certification in critical care.
Requirements
- Full-time employment, 12-15 shifts per month
- 12-hour day shifts with night call from home
- Supervise a 29-bed Mixed Open ICU
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and multidisciplinary hospital initiatives
- Develop collaborative relationships with primary and consulting physicians, facility leadership, and clinical staff
- Teach residents and medical students through ACGME-accredited residency programs
Qualifications
- Board certification in critical care (all tracks considered)
- Experience leading an ICU team
- Ability to work in a mixed ICU environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
