We are seeking a registered nurse to provide general patient care across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Performing initial and ongoing health assessments (30%)
• Planning and documenting nursing interventions to achieve desired outcomes (30%)
• Evaluating patient responses to care, adjusting plans as needed (20%)
• Actively participating in process improvement activities to enhance clinical quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency (10%)

Requirements

• An Associate's Degree
• RN licensure
• BLS certification
• No prior experience necessary
