Starting wage: $16.39/hour. Part-time PRN (as needed) hours. Set part-time insurance-eligible shifts of 10:00 AM–5:00 PM or 5:00 PM–Midnight are also available.
Responsibilities
- Transport patients depending on the needs of the department.
- Work requested hours as needed and attend required training and mandatory meetings.
- Complete paperwork in a timely fashion and accurately reflect progress toward goals.
- Use sound judgment in crisis situations and ongoing assignments.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive relationship with patients.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with Four County staff and personnel from other agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Keep other staff informed of unusual situations regarding patients.
- Follow professional ethics and set appropriate boundaries with patients.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Represent the agency in a positive manner.
- Exhibit and promote decisions/behavior consistent with the Center’s established Vision, Mission, and Values.
- Any deviations to the work schedule and all overtime must be approved in advance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work independently and be a productive part of a team.
- Completion of required trainings upon hire.
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and compliance with agency’s liability carrier requirements (may be required depending on job assignment).
- Communicate positively and effectively with others.
- Basic proficiency in math.
- Effective utilization of basic office technology.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and the ability to work with persons with mental and/or physical impairments.
- Ability to react effectively in a wide variety of human service situations.
