Crisis Services Nurse - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing assessments for admissions, transfers, and client evaluations.
• Administer medications, perform point-of-care testing, and manage withdrawal assessments.
• Review medical documentation, assist in treatment planning, and support medication management.
• Respond to medical emergencies, facilitate client self-administration of medications, and participate in team meetings.
• Refer clients to resources and assist in emergency response activities.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing with two years of nursing experience or equivalent training.
• Current Illinois RN license; experience in crisis psychiatric or substance use nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric nursing practices, social factors, and local health resources.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with medical technology.

Pay

Apart from the benefits, the part-time salary range is $34,310 to $40,310 annually.

Schedule

The position operates on a 24/7 schedule.
