Crisis Services Clinician, Dispatch (CSC)
About the role
At Crisis Connections, crisis clinicians don’t read scripts or carry caseloads. They provide real-time clinical decision-making, guide life-saving interventions, and serve as trusted clinical leaders supporting the front-line staff who answer the call. As a Crisis Services Clinician, you’ll combine direct crisis assessment with clinical leadership—supporting callers in their most critical moments while mentoring and consulting with crisis phone staff and volunteers. This is high-acuity work done collaboratively, with structure, backup, and mission-driven purpose. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want crisis work that is clinically meaningful and sustainable, this role offers impact, stability, and strong team support.
