MaineHealth Behavioral Health is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for all eligible Behavioral Health Clinicians. Eligible candidates are hired into either a Full or Part time position. The bonus amount is prorated for Part time hires; per diem hires are ineligible. Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until more than 3 months of separation from employment.

About the Role

The Crisis Response Worker LCSW role has clinical responsibility for clients needing a crisis assessment. This includes conducting crisis assessments and documenting findings, maintaining contact with community resources, and providing on-site clinical consultation with Crisis Response Workers and hospital-based staff.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
• Maine State licensure to practice as a LCSW or LMSW-CC
• Crisis Service Provider (MHRT/CSP) certification provided as part of initial training
• Valid Driver’s license
• Two years of relevant experience in a health or mental health setting preferred

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of the total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $66,123.20 to $89,481.60 per year.
