About the role

The Crisis, Emergency Response and Security Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of crisis management, emergency response, and security operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive crisis management plans and procedures.
• Coordinate emergency response teams during crises and emergencies.
• Oversee security protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Train staff on crisis management and security protocols.
• Manage incident reporting and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Emergency Management, Security Studies, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crisis management, emergency response, or security operations.
• Proven ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in crisis management software and tools.
