Salary
- Crisis Response Rates: $300 per completed telehealth assessment
- $500 per completed face to face assessment
- Mobile Crisis On-Call Rate: $7.25/hour
- Mobile Crisis On-Call Holiday Rate: $8.10/hour
- Mobile Crisis On-call Consult: $35/hour
- Meetings and Trainings: $20/hour

Position Summary
This position is responsible for in-home crisis assessment/diagnosis and crisis intervention services to children, adults, and families, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided for after-hours and weekend coverage. Treatment services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), community and telehealth. This role will primarily involve face-to-face assessments.
Location
Chisago, Pine, Mille Lacs, Kanabec, and Isanti, as well as to members of the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.
Schedule
On-call four 12 - hour shifts monthly
Minimum Qualifications
- Clinician: Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure
- Clinical Trainee: Master's degree in social work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services and experience
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems and telehealth
