Todd & Weld LLP, a Boston-based firm of trial lawyers, seeks an associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join its Criminal and Government Investigations practice group. The position entails a mix of high-level state and federal investigations, criminal defense work, and health care matters, including appearing before professional licensing boards and at internal disciplinary hearings.
Responsibilities
- Carry a busy criminal caseload with significant client contact and regular court appearances
- Develop an active criminal and government investigations practice
- Handle high-level state and federal investigations and criminal defense work
- Represent clients in health care matters, including before professional licensing boards and at internal disciplinary hearings
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Substantial trial and writing experience
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Admitted to practice in Massachusetts
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
