About the role

The Criminal Justice Law Enforcement Operations Instructor - Adjunct (On-Site) position at Keiser University is responsible for teaching law enforcement operations courses to students enrolled in the Criminal Justice program.

Responsibilities

• Teach law enforcement operations courses to students enrolled in the Criminal Justice program.
• Develop and maintain course materials and syllabi.
• Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and class participation.
• Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with other instructors and administrative staff to ensure the smooth operation of the Criminal Justice program.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant work experience in law enforcement or criminal justice.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to and from classes.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Knowledge of current trends and issues in law enforcement.

Pay
