They're looking for someone to take the lead as they expand their reach into Corvallis and Eugene.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with your clients through each stage of their case – from new client consultations and investigations to trial prep, court representation, and post-trial proceedings.
• Conduct research, consult with experts, interview and prepare witnesses, negotiate plea deals, and draft legal documents.
• Strong legal knowledge and negotiation skills to effectively advocate for your clients.
• Spanish-speaking skills would be a valuable asset for this team.

Requirements

This is a hybrid position with four in-office days each week.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience, preferably in criminal defense or prosecution
• Oregon State Bar membership
• JDSpanish language skills are a plus
