Crib Attendant
Position Summary
Responsible for maintaining the crib and performing related work as required.
Responsibilities
- Create purchase orders in the inventory management system, with a unique purchase order numbers for tooling, oil, and maintenance parts
- Receive all incoming tooling and maintenance parts into the inventory management system
- Keep an accurate inventory of all tooling, fixtures, oils, and maintenance parts
- Deliver tooling or maintenance parts throughout the entire plant
- Ensure all stocked tooling and maintenance parts in the crib have a spot, are labeled, and are in the inventory management system
- Ensure all tooling and maintenance parts are checked out to the machine, and department through the inventory management system
- Create maintenance work orders for repairs and preventative maintenance
- Complete shipping memos for tooling and maintenance parts
- Order janitorial supplies from vendors
- Create and maintain accurate records for the maintenance and tool crib purchasing cards
- Respond to safety concerns
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
