Crew Member - Whataburger

About the role

Crew Members at Whataburger in the San Antonio International Airport are responsible for preparing products according to operational and quality standards and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests' drink and food orders within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
• Accurately total, process, and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system while complying with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products. Make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
