About The Role

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of our signature steamed bagel sandwiches and toppings.
• Deliver friendly, attentive customer service with a positive attitude.
• Keep kitchen, prep, and dining areas clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Accomplish inventory, restock, and maintain supply levels.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Accurately handle cash, payments, and register transactions.
• Create a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Prior food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a genuinely friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for great food and willingness to learn our menu.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Team-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
