About the role

NOW HIRING - Experienced Crew Members ($16/hr), Shift Leaders ($17/hr). If you want to work in a flexible, fun-packed environment, come and join our Dunkin-Baskin in Bel Air and Fallston locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, lattes, sandwiches, espresso, tea and other beverages for customers
• Serve bakery products with a smile
• Clean and maintain the restaurant during downtime as needed
• Ensure adherence to food safety procedures at all times
• Cash handling and accurately record guest order information
• Follow LAST principle (Listen, Apologize, Solve and Thank you) to address guest complaints

Schedule

As per requirement of the shifts, any time between 5am to 10:30pm.

• Prior food service experience is a plus but not necessary
