Crew Member/Laborer (#Fortis)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented crew member to provide the necessary support to the Foreman and Operator to meet the requirements of all assigned projects efficiently while ensuring a high standard of quality. The ideal candidate is reliable, highly motivated, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Foreman in daily operations.
• Install conduit and junction boxes utilizing a mini excavator.
• Work with a crew to install traffic signals and roadway lighting foundations and poles.
• Install Traffic Signals and Roadway Lighting controller cabinets, including wiring.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Ensure all company policies are consistently followed.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
