Schedule

Overnight shift on a 2‑2‑3 schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, off 2 days & off 3 days). Every two weeks you will be scheduled to work 36 hours one week and 48 hours the other. Hours: 6:30 pm – 6:30 am.

Pay

$2.00 shift differential added to your wage for overnight work.

Job Summary

Works among the machines and equipment of the production line and performs the various tasks needed in the manufacturing of the products to help ensure that production schedules are met. Works as a productive member of a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Place products/packaging on/off of conveyor line.
• Monitor quality of the products, notifying appropriate personnel of any defects.
• Look for ways to create continuous improvement.
• Count products being packaged and place the correct number into boxes.
• Prepare product for shipping as needed.
• Maintain production standards.
• Assist and follow directions given from Line Leads with setup and cleanup of production processes.
• Support machine operator with machine maintenance if requested/required.
• Interact with and support other members of the manufacturing team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and comprehension skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Organizational skills.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Understand and comply with all lockout/tagout procedures.
• Work in a safe and ethical manner at all times.
• Utilize time effectively during downtime periods.
• Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good attendance.
