About the Role

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team, ensuring high-quality products and customer satisfaction. They receive direction from restaurant management and Little Caesars training materials to perform their job effectively.

Crew Members follow established procedures and use proper tools for taking and preparing customer orders. They must be proficient at each of the Pizza Pride Production System stations and be able to work at different stations as needed.

The duties described are not comprehensive, and additional tasks may be assigned based on business demands. Essential job functions, typically daily or regular activities critical to the restaurant's success, will be reviewed with the Owner or their designee.
