About the role

Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise with 14 restaurants, is seeking energetic Crew/Team Members to assist at locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the dining room or drive-thru
• Take and ring up orders
• Provide food service
• Handle payment and thank customers
• Prepare and store food ingredients
• Assemble food and beverage orders
• Check orders for correctness
• Maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment

Skills

• Being friendly and helpful to customers and co‑workers
• Meeting customer needs and taking steps to solve food or service issues
• Working well with teammates and accepting coaching from management
• Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance and work habits
• Communicating with customers, teammates and managers in a positive manner

Qualifications

• Reliability is a MUST
• Some restaurant/retail experience (experienced in serving customers) – not required
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights (most drive‑thrus open until midnight)
• Customer service skills with a smile!
• Self‑starter attitude
