About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions and manage inventory
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and order processing
• Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the dining area

Requirements

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
