About the role
A SONIC Carhop is a unique food server role, delivering an out-of-this-world experience to guests at SONIC Drive-In restaurants. You’ll serve and deliver food safely and efficiently, ensuring every guest enjoys their visit.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all restaurant menu items meet operational standards.
- Greet all guests in a polite and friendly manner with a smile.
- Make accurate change quickly and efficiently for restaurant guests.
- Carry and balance a tray weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Serve guests in a timely manner.
- Clear trays from guests’ cars.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, food runner, Front of House (FOH) restaurant team member, or food service crew member is highly desirable.
