About the role

Restaurant Crewmembers at Raising Cane’s will wear many hats (including a Raising Cane’s hat) while working hard and having fun as a critical part of the Restaurant team. We are hiring immediately for Restaurant Crew to work all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Work all shifts including opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between.
• Perform a variety of tasks including serving customers, preparing food, cleaning, and maintaining the restaurant.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by assisting with inventory management, ordering supplies, and handling cash transactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• Experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive thru cashier or any other restaurant or service-oriented role is not necessary.
• This position is entry-level and we provide paid training for every new Restaurant Crewmember on the team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
