Key Responsibilities
- Make pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
- Prepare, cook, and package guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
- Follow all food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as they are defined in MOD operations resources and training.
- Use the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
- Show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
- Demonstrate the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
- Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
- Share your knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
- Take care of your guests and get to know them by welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
- Maintain a mindset of serving others and ensure quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
- Work closely and have fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required; however, you must have the willingness and ability to do the following.
- Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests.
- Able to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
- Show a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Show an interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates.
- You are at least 16 years old.
- Some states limit specific tools and appliances until 18 years old. Check with the General Manager on the requirements for your specific location.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.
