Overview

At MOD, pizza is our platform, custom to each individual and creating a space where everyone is welcome. MOD is individuality, whether that’s on your pizza, on your salad or just you being you! Key Responsibilities

• Makes pizzas, salads and other menu offerings adhering to MOD standards to ensure the best possible finished product.
• Prepares, cooks, and packages guest orders ensuring timely, quality, and consistent execution every time.
• Fulfills food safety prep and storage standards/procedures as defined in MOD operations resources and training.
• Uses the tools provided to ensure the store looks clean, organized, welcoming and ready to deliver the best guest experience.
• Strives to show up to work on time, in MOD dress code, and ready to deliver an excellent and memorable MOD experience to all guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrates the fundamentals of hospitality (friendly, accurate and fast) on every shift.
• Follows instructions and welcomes coaching and direction from all restaurant leaders.
• Shares knowledge with others to support the success of the team, your restaurant and fellow squad.
• Takes care of your guests and gets to know them by welcoming and engaging in conversation when they are in the restaurants.
• Maintains a mindset of serving others and ensures quality standards are upheld during busy shifts.
• Works closely and has fun together to create the MOD experience for your squad and your guests.

Required Qualifications

• No experience required; however, you must have the willingness and ability to do the following:
• Demonstrate a passion for people, enjoy connecting with fellow squad, and guests.
• Able to follow processes and instructions in a consistent manner.
• Show a history of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Show an interest in learning, growing, and contributing to the success of MOD and your teammates.
• You are at least 16 years old.
• Some states limit specific tools and appliances until 18 years old. Check with the General Manager on the requirements for your specific location.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.

Pay

$17.54/hour when combining hourly wage of $15.00 and average tips of $2.54/hour earned at this location!
