Crew Member

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is focused on the full range of Smart Infrastructure Services for the transportation industry. We design, construct, install, integrate, operate, monitor and maintain a wide variety of Transportation Infrastructure Assets/Technologies for our customers and our communities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist crews by working on the ground, handing tools and heavy materials to workers.
• Flagging traffic.
• Assist line crew with setting poles by shoveling or picking; fills anchor holes.
• Clears undergrowth from right-of-way by using hand tools or saws.

Experience, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn.
• Be self-motivated and work productively.
• Have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.
• Experience on a construction jobsite a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.

Certifications, Licenses

• Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
• Must be insurable.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Work Environment

• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift/move up to 80 pounds.
