About the role

Flynn Wendy’s is one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. We own and operate over 190 Wendy’s restaurants across multiple states and employ over 6,000 dedicated team members.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction. - Prepare and serve high-quality food items according to established procedures. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant. - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. - Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic computer literacy and ability to use point-of-sale systems. - Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
