About the role

As a Crew Member at Firehouse Subs you’ll be on the front lines of creating a great guest experience. You’ll welcome customers, prepare fresh made‑to‑order subs, keep the restaurant clean and upbeat, and work as part of a team to ensure fast, friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with energy and a positive attitude.
• Take orders accurately and process payments.
• Prepare fresh, made‑to‑order subs with care and attention.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area.
• Follow safety and food‑handling procedures.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure great service and fast execution.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods (up to 13 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Previous food‑industry or quick‑service experience is a plus.
