Responsibilities
- Serve customers with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Assist and support team members
- Learn and perform tasks at various stations (grill, cashier, prep, salsa, expo)
- Prepare real food by hand daily
- Maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers
Requirements
- At least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Passion for helping and serving others
- Desire to learn how to cook
- No prior experience required; we provide full training

Pay
Base pay range: $14.75–$15.75 per hour. This position is also eligible for digital tips. Actual base pay may vary depending on skill level, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, Chipotle offers a competitive benefits package.
