About the role

A SONIC Carhop is a unique food server role, delivering an exceptional guest experience by safely and efficiently serving food at our drive-in restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all restaurant menu items meet operational standards
• Greet all guests in a polite, friendly manner with a smile
• Make accurate change quickly and efficiently for guests
• Carry and balance a tray weighing up to 25 pounds
• Serve guests in a timely manner
• Clear trays from guests’ cars

Requirements

• Prior experience as a server, waiter, waitress, food runner, Front of House (FOH) restaurant team member, or food service crew member is highly desirable
