About the Role

We offer a team-oriented, fun, and fast-paced work environment with flexible working hours. Multiple opportunities for raises and promotions are available. Comfortable work attire includes a provided t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble crafted sandwiches with speed, accuracy, and care
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient counter service
• Maintain a clean and organized prep station and dining area
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments as needed throughout the shift
• Handle cash and point-of-sale transactions accurately
• Work collaboratively with team members during peak rush periods

Requirements

• No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate
• Positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic food handling knowledge or willingness to learn
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Pay

$18/hour when combining a starting hourly wage of $14.00 and average tips of $4/hour earned at this location. Higher pay is offered for experience.
