About the Role

In this lively support role, the Crew Member champions Papa Murphy's commitment to quality, service, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Show off your organization skills by prioritizing and completing tasks that are critical to store operations.
• Adhere strictly to sanitation, food, and safety standards.
• Foster a welcoming environment where every guest feels special, all areas are neat, and all pizzas meet the highest quality standards.

Front of House

• Master all stations, including preparing pizzas, handling transactions, and making menu suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
• Share specials, add-on sales, loyalty programs, and other beneficial offers with guests.
• Go the extra step to assist guests, such as opening doors or carrying pizzas to their cars, to demonstrate Papa Murphy's care for the community.
• Follow proper transaction procedures for all payment methods.

Back of House

• Master Papa Murphy's standards for safely operating and cleaning all equipment.
• Follow all procedures for making, prepping, storing, and rotating products to ensure quality.
• Perform the duties of a runner or dish person as needed.

Requirements

• Desire to be a team player with a great attitude.
• Ability to build positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests.
• Knowledgeable in food safety.
• Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Able to perform cleaning duties such as wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping.
• Able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
• Maintain punctual and regular attendance.
