Crew Member – Amsterdam

About the role

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals who are customer service minded to join our teams at Bowled in our new location in Amsterdam. Applicants should be hardworking, reliable, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Handle cash transactions and manage tipping
• Assist customers with menu inquiries and order processing
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Follow health and safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills (e.g., using a POS system)

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customer service role preferred
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Pay

$14.50 – $16.50 per hour based on experience

Day shift (preferred) and/or Night shift (preferred), Monday to Friday, with weekend availability.
